Destinations
Five regions of Argentina. Each keeps its own season, its own wild country and its own reason to go.

Central Argentina
Córdoba
Grain country and low sierras. The classic Argentine field shoot, and the asado that follows it.

Southern Argentina
Patagonia
Cold water, long light and distance. Trout rivers, steppe and the eastern slope of the Andes.

Cuyo, western Argentina
Mendoza
High desert turned vineyard, under the biggest mountains on the continent.

Corrientes, the littoral
Iberá
One of the largest wetlands on the continent. Warm water, golden dorado and an unreasonable amount of wildlife.

Santa Cruz, southern Patagonia
El Calafate
The ice fields of the far south, on the shore of Lago Argentino. The scale here is geological, not scenic.

Río de la Plata
Buenos Aires
The way in and the way out, and worth two days of its own at either end.
