Privacy
What we collect through this website, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
Last updated October 8, 2026
This document is a working draft while the legal entity, address and retention period are being defined. It describes how the website behaves today and is not legal advice.
What we collect
Only what you type into a form: your name, email, phone if you give it, your country, and your answers about the trip you have in mind. We also record the language you were browsing in, the page the inquiry came from, and the marketing parameters in that link, so we know how you found us.
Why we collect it
To answer your inquiry and design a trip for you. We use your email address for marketing only if you tick the separate box asking us to.
What we do not collect
This website does not ask for passports, identity documents, medical information or payment details, and it does not store them. If a later stage of planning needs any of that, it happens outside this website and we will tell you first.
Technical data
We store a salted one-way hash of your IP address to limit automated form abuse. We do not keep the address itself.
Who else sees it
Our hosting and email providers process this data on our behalf so the website works and the confirmation reaches you. We do not sell it.
Cookies and optional analytics
The website may remember your language choice and uses session cookies for internal sign-in. Vercel Web Analytics loads only after you accept optional analytics and measures visits and page views without analytics cookies. Your choice is stored in this browser for up to 180 days and can be changed through Privacy choices in the footer. Rejecting does not prevent browsing or submitting a form. We remove query parameters and fragments from measured page URLs and do not send form answers, names, email addresses or phone numbers to analytics. Vercel processes technical connection data to produce aggregated statistics; this website does not enable user identification or custom events.
Embedded maps
Some lodge pages embed an OpenStreetMap map. When the map loads, your browser connects to OpenStreetMap, which receives technical connection data such as your IP address. The map has visible attribution and a link to the source.
How long we keep it
For as long as the inquiry is live and for a reasonable period afterwards. The exact retention schedule is being finalised.
Your choices
Write to us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, subject to any records we are legally required to keep.
