Córdoba Field & Fire
Five days between the grain fields and the fire. The classic Córdoba shoot, with the table taken as seriously as the field.
Illustrative image
Mornings in the field, afternoons at your own pace, evenings that start at the fire and end much later than planned. The shooting is the spine of the week, but it is deliberately not the whole of it.
We pair the field days with gun fitting on arrival, a cook who works over coals rather than a stove, and at least one day that belongs to whoever is not shooting. The group stays together for meals; the days can split however they need to.

Questions about this experience
- Should I bring my own shotgun?
- Most travellers rent, because the paperwork and the airline handling are the two things most likely to go wrong. If you want to bring your own, it is possible, and we will tell you exactly what the current requirements are before you decide rather than after.
- What does someone who does not shoot do?
- Rides, long lunches, the sierra towns, the kitchen if they want it. We plan those days properly rather than leaving someone at the lodge with a book, and we ask about their interests at the same time as yours.
